What does a Hopkins victory do for his legacy?

    and? Froch has also given Kessler all he could want, knocked out Jermain Taylor (the guy that Hopkins couldnt get a W against in 24 rounds, regardless of who you thought won) beat Dirrell and may go on to beat Abraham.

    Froch might be a clumsy, caveman, slow plodder... but the dude gets it done where it counts.... You're acting like Froch is some C level fringe contender.

    First off, froch got a gift decision against dirrell. Secondly froch got his ass beat by kessler. Thirdly froch got a last ditch KO against chinny taylor.

    Froch wont beat Abraham, kessler showed exactly how to frustrate and beat froch.

    You can spin it anyway you want to.... if Froch sucks as much as your trying to imply, then AA should whitewash him on the way to knocking him out. You're going to be in for a shock when that doesnt happen. Not saying AA wont win, but it sure as hell wont be as easy as you think it will be.

    I think it’ll boost his legacy greatly (and rightfully so). Whilst Pascal is no hall of famer, he is a good fighter that’s enjoying a decent run of form. He’s just handed a Chad Dawson his very first loss, the same Chad Dawson who was regarded as the number one light heavyweight and a top 5 P4P fighter. So if old man Bernard at the stupendous age of 45 (long long looooong past his best) manages to beat the young Pascal, it would certainly be an amazing achievement. One that would at least put him on par with Roy Jones’ legacy, who in my opinion doesn’t have wins on his resume that are as impressive as B-Hop’s.

    Also, watching the Pascal/Dawson fight made me pretty confident that B-Hop would handle the Frenchman with ease. Now it seems B-Hop is pretty keen on taking this fight, just like he was keen on taking the Pavlik one too. And we all know that happened there.

    I'm predicting a B-Hop points victory.

    (By the way, has this even been confirmed yet?)
