Keep fighting old men or outright bums with fixed refs.

    Outright bums:

    Charles Martin
    Brezeale
    Eric Molina

    Old men:

    Povetkin
    Wlad
    Pulev
    Takam

Nothing. He'd be favored over everyone except Fury and Usyk, and there's nothing he can do about them. It's possible that they are gone soon one way or the other, and at only 32 he could have another 3-5 years after that fighting at a top 5 level. Whether he *wants* to do that is a different question, but I don't think his weaknesses are likely to show up unless he gets sloppy or loses focus.

Nothing. There is nothing the bodybuilder can do to fix himself

    Joshua is a flawed design

    His journeyman career starts today

Well Joshua said it himself - he's an 18-stone fighter (well 17-stone but we'll let that ride) who can't box for 12 rounds. I would say, slim down and lose some of that muscle mass. He would gas less, move better and any loss of power would probably be relatively minor...

Go back to four round fights?

Also, find a new team completely. His current is only interested in making money of/from him. First no one stopped him in on the way back into the ring, not even when he began rambling in the mic. An hour later he's brought up to the press conference and starts crying, not even then is he helped of the stage. He should ask himself if he really want this kind of life (being a prize fighter) and if he does he should get a team who cares for him and his health.

Footwork. What i dont get is after the fight hes talking about not being a twelve round fighter like marciano. And yet hes just shared 24 rounds of pretty high output boxing. For some reason he knows what he needs to do and yet does the opposite willingly. Although tbf usyk coulddo that to anyone.

Needs to look at klitchko,s footwork. Or furys. Or....controversial one....wilders footwork. Wilders movements not good but hes well schooled in negating his opponent using his footwork. Hes well schooled in lowering the opponents output. It fell apart for wilder because he came up against a guy he couldnt do it against because the opponent was bigger and longer in fury.

Its not that hard to work out tho. Opponent goes forward. You go backwards. When they reset....you start edging up...trying to get off with a jab. They try to break the distance....you back off. Frustrates opponents. Once you start getting your jab off....start slowing mixing it up. Needs to work on his jab and footwork. Lowering his own and the opponents output with his footwork.

Fury, wilder and klitchko all do that. Klitchko the worst of them all for it. It worked tho.

Besides Usyk and Fury, He's still good enough to beat everyone else in the division. Match up against the winner of Parker-Joyce and call it a day.

Agreed, except I think he would retain what power he has. Big men don’t move around too easily and precious few of them can punch their full weight. Rarely are they natural fighters or, more importantly, natural born punchers.

It doesn’t require much work of the memory to put together a list the length of your arm of big men who were not aggressive by nature, couldn’t hit with any great power, couldn’t take a punch and didn’t actually like the business of being in a fight.
