Beat George Foreman and Sonny Liston despite their aura of invincibility, bounce back from defeat to beat Joe Frazier in a trilogy for the ages, do the same with stylistic nightmare Ken Norton, and sprinkle a few wins over the likes of Henry Cooper, Earnie Shavers and Floyd Patterson on top.

If he did ALL that then I'd consider him GOAT.

Joshua can never be GOAT, he can be an ATG if he becomes undisputed and racks up ~10 strong defenses though. If he gets somewhere close to the Wlad, Larry or Louis # of consecutive defenses (16+ minimum) by beating the new generation (Hrgovic, Dychko, Teslenko, Yoka etc) then maaaaybe you could make a case for top 5-10. But never #1.

Ken Norton isn’t an ATG, Haye isn’t an ATG either, I think you are giving people too much praise for wining belts. Martin won a belt is an ATG, what about Valuev? Or John Ruiz?

Saying something is impossible is kind of sad.

Joshua has far better opponents to face than Ali, and he has already beat one of them. I think it is a real possibility, boxing has never been more popular in Europe and Britain. Not saying it definitely will happen he needs to keep winning of course.

Martin and Valuev never unified a division like Haye. A division that would be classed as heavyweight back in the 70s.

60+ and 0 undisputed, having fought all the best in his time would definitely have him for consideration as the GOAT. He's headed in that direction now but its a longer way to go now for champions these days that only fight 2-3 times a year compared to those back in the day.

Because the athletic attributes required in football and the athletic attributes required in boxing could not possibly be more different.

Arguing with fools is always a laugh on here. Wlad was told by Banks to box Jennings not go for the K.o and Ali Bashir was furious but was not the head trainer.Clearly if they watched the fight ( i know ppl on here have trouble doing that,Wlad struggled bc he didnt WALK THROUGH jennings ?? lol ) they would see wlad won easily. Its like asking them why Ali or Foreman were troubled by young whos not even as good as Jennings right? EXCEPT they actually did struggle..BADLY...lol ..

People have no idea what they are talking about on here ,for real. Is Young a threat to Joshua bc he beat Foreman??? Id like to see that fight even done the way Ali vs Marciano was done..what a joke and straw man points by these two continuous posters on here.... :pancarta:

    Never lose.

Win 20 title matches or more.

Fight the best out there for the next ten years.

Then maybe based on the quality of his opposition, he could be ranked in the top 4 after he retires.

It won't happen. His best win is Wlad, and he was 41 out of the ring for 1.5 years and nearly beat him.

He was told to box yet put on one of his worst boxing performances, deducted a point for excessive holding, and lost more rounds than he did against Povetkin, Haye, Pulev and Chagaev in total. :risas3:

Your stupidity never ceases to amaze galvatmoron.

And btw, Young was vastly superior to Jennings in every single aspect of the game, except for muscle mass(which is obviously the main criteria for you and your butt buddy to judge fighters).

you obviously didnt watch the fight as usual posting misinformation what else is new and as stated how would one fight take away from a better one you imbecile? ? :headbash

Young was a 20 % K. O puncher who was a a less technical fighter than Jennings, hes very good or better to you bc you have to use straw man points ...again as usual. :headbash

Joshua needs to go down to 210 pounds or less, get 4 inches shorter and fight even smaller men in the 185-225 range. Then we can start to talk.
