I don't think Mayweather would be intimidated by Margarito, for the simple fact that he's the one thats undefeated ... he's the one with the bigger legacy ... he's the one chasing history --

Margarito has never been in the ring with someone as accomplished as Mayweather and after its all said and done ... Mayweather would have the most confidence out of the two. Margarito is fully aware of Mayweather's accomplishments ... and what he brings to the table ... he's never seen anything like Mayweather and would have to do more to become prepared.

Mayweather has seen Margarito before, rather it be in the amateurs or early off in his career.

Mayweather is used to winning and won't fall victim to someone with 5 L's on his resume --
