What does Haye have to do to overtake Calzaghe's in terms of Legacy?

Haye would have to establish himself as the man for me, Calzaghe was but in a pretty empty division. Had he had a prime Benn or Jones to feature in superfights against it would have been much easier to accept his 'greatness'. Haye is luck in the fact that he has the Klitchko bros sat atop his division. He may just become a genuine ATG- big ask though.

Hows about start fighting more than once a year. We'll have another look at him once he's got to 30 fights. Should be sometime around Christmas, 2039.

 

Haye needs to travel back in time and pursuade Calzaghe to become an ATG footballer, rather than the GOAT boxer.

There is nothing Haye can do to match him, he has already lost to Thompson and cannot beat a Klit.

Even a win over both Klitschos wouldn't be enough. Vitali is 38 and way over the hill, anyone who saw him last night can see any credit for beating him would be minimal at this point.

The Heavyweight division at this moment is diabolical.

 

Whereas 168 was a hotbed of talent during Joe's title reign.

While not loaded with talent, Joe's 168 reign > the current heavyweight division anyone with half a brain can see that.

The Klitschos are by far and away 1 and 2 in the division now how ****ing bad is that?!

 

They are terrible to watch, but being so difficult to beat will make a victory over them very significant for Haye. We're talking about guys that will outweigh him by several stone and be several inches taller.
