Relentless, ease up there fella. We're not all 17 year old 140lb guys that can run for miles, some of us are heavier. In good shape, but not used to running long distances. That's my excuse anyway. When I was in officer training school, we ran about 10-15km a day in 2 sessions (total 10-15, sometimes 8 sometimes that twice), and I was 69kg. I stopped doing that, worked on other things, am now 80kg, and wouldn't enjoy the prospect of running 5 miles.
:huh :huh all i sad was "it doesn't say much", i think you are confusing me with slantone. oh and btw i am not 17, i am 22.
I aint looking to milk **** u bunch of wankers, i bet most of u dont even box u just sit at home on ur fat overweight asses watching floyd mayweather wishing u were him, if ur a boxer on this forum i respect ur opinion but i know 90 percent of u aint so **** u.
well you did sort of ask for it, it would be the same if i started a thread about me sparring 10 rounds with ricky hatton and asking what it says about my fitness.
If you say so, its just a question i asked i didnt realise it would be taken the way it was but from the replies i been getting i guess it says alot, Relentless ur a boxer so i respect ur opinion u know what its like the grind and pain we put our bodies through.
