What does it say for Klitschko when HBO passes on him and then Showtime passes on him

The funniest part is that ESPN and ESPN2 passed on him. He couldn't even get the executives at ESPN to show his fight there. He makes it on ESPN Classic, the lowest channel on the ESPN food chain.

And his fight yesterday is proof of why HBO, Showtime, ESPN, ESPN2 passed him up:

This thread is dumb. It says more about us boxing fans than it does about any of them. And say what you wan't about him, Wlad has never ducked anyone.

Shouldn't it be more like Haye got injured and Wlad pulled out?

They could have fought eachother less than a month later.

Haye got injured.. Wlad choose to fight someone else.

    Exactly!

If Mayweather is injured right now and Marquez pulled out of their fight, then it's Marquez who pulled out.

That what these Waldo fanboys don't understand.

I cannot recall Wlad EVER ducking anyone. He fought Corrie Sanders after disposing of Ray Mercer and Jameel McCline, and eight different top American fighters turned him down. He took the Sam Peter fight which was NOT considered safe at the time, and it was probably the only fight in which he entered as the underdog. Ibragimov and Chagaev are NOT light hitters, which is partly why Wlad was so cautious with them. He was more forthcoming with others such as Thompson who he felt could not hurt him.

First it was 3 weeks, but soon after Team Haye said it would be at least 7 weeks if I remember correctly.

Haye had his chance but I honestly think it was better for Haye not to have been in the ring with a Klitschko in the form of yesterday ;)

Now Wlad wants to put Haye in back of the line, so he can continue to face pretenders. B.s.!

No, he is the HW Ring champ and you have to deal with it.

And, sorry to say, Haye right now is a nothing in the HW Division. He has to prove that he is a legit HW contender and he will get his chance. There are actually some contenders who actually earned their shots by fighting and not by wearing a T-Shirt :D

Yet, Wlad's nuthuggers continue to say Chagaev was a tough fight for Wlad, but, Haye is not worthy, WHAT?!:admin
