For Pac/Floyd to get into top 5 and be in discussion for GOAT:

Floyd - defeat Ortiz, Pac, Cotto (154), Martinez (160) and Ward/Froch or Bute (168 )
Pac - defeat Marquez, Floyd, and Martinez

Beating Champions from the 168 division is a tall order for a former super featherweight champ...

Well, there are ATGs who deserve it, and then there are ATGs that have been shoed into the position for social/political/Economic reasons.

Take Sullivan as example. He is considered an ATG cause he beat all the slow, untalented and nonathletic farm boys in bare knuckles contests, and made a lot of nonathletic fans feel good about themselves while they wallowed in delusion and fear of real competition.
