What does Mosley have to do to get a fight with Floyd?

Lance u the best to debate with...U come foul, especially at us Floyd fans..its all good man...

Just for the hell of it, if he did fight pac/cotto winner would you be satisfied or woud you still say he is ducking those that are better and bigger than he is?? Also, would you say that HE HAS to fight Mosley/Berto winner too?? If he fought both winners of the fights than would you still call him ducking fighters?

AS A FLOYD FAN (WIDLEY KNOWN ON ESB I AM A FAN OF FLOYD) IF HE DOES NOT FIGHT THE WINNER OF THE COTTO/PAC FIGHT THAN HE IS A WAIST OF TALENT AND I WILL BE UPSET AS A FAN OF HIS...AS LONG AS HE FIGHT THE WINNER OF EITHER FIGHT (WE ALL KNOW HE WANT PAC CUZ THE MONEY) I WILL BE SATISFIED AND COMFORTABLE WHEN I SAY FLOYD DIDNT DUCK ANYONE...AGAIN THOUGH ITS ALL ON FLOYD TO MAKE IT HAPPEN WITH THE WINNER OF NEXT WEEKENDS FIGHT..

i still cant believe shane did that to margarito. clottey,cotto, and williams could not even hurt him. floyd needs 2 fight those guys.

 

i would have a problem with him fighting another littleman like pac. mosley, clottey, and williams. thats for legacy.

 

Agreed, Floyd needs to fight either Pac or someone like a Shane, PW or someone we want to see him in with...

 

Believe it or not, i'm with you on this. IMO PAc won't be a fight for Floyd, but his fans seem to think so. Floyd does not need Pac, and Floyd should fight PW. Floyd would receive legendary status if he were to win that fight. PW is fighting Martinez I think, so Floyd should fight Shane imo.

 

they fight each other. champions fight each other. floyd needs to do that also.

I disagree with Lance in terms of timing...What I mean by this is that fans should let Floyd wait this Pac/Cotto fight out and than diss him IF/WHEN he doesnt fight the winner


This would make it easier to shut fans like me and you up(fans who think floyd has a great talent but juss needs to use it against better guys) .....Alot of fans talk about Floyd wether they hate or love him...

The reason I think Floyd is stupid ridiculous when it comes to his skills and how good he is, is because his Defense is like nothing I have ever seen...I box (not pro or ne thing) and I can't roll punches like that ....Floyd is a master at landing precision punches and slipping punches or rolling them off...When it comes to debating about fighters who can beat him and all that I ask myself "how is Shane or Pac or Cotto gonna get around his defense?" If they cant hit him there is no fight and it becomes a chess match...THERE ISN'T A BOXER TODAY WHO CAN WIN A "CHESS MATCH" WITH FLOYD...

 

HOW IN THE HELL WOULD YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH HIM FIGHTING PAC?? ESPECIALLY IF HE WINS NEXT WEEK! THIS IS THE KINDA TALK I HATE....ITS OK FOR MIGUEL TO TAKE ON PAC IN YOUR EYES BUT NOT FOR FLOYD...

Of course I would be satisfied. I've never claimed Floyd ducked many fighters. I've seen why certain fights never get made so I don;'t just say Floyd's duckin anyone.

As for the winner of Shane/Berto. Of course. Who else will be there. I just do not want Floyd to face some JrWw or god forbid, another LW, when there are challenges around. And if guys like Pac and JMM can fight guys, one or two divisions HIGHER, then why not Floyd? I would love to see him fight Paul Williams, but we both know that will NEVER happen. But if Paul calls him out, Floyd says nothing, is that ducking? :huh

Cannot argue with that. And the thing is, I was where you are before. I was a big Floyd fan in the early 2000's (before most of the idiots who now claim to be his biggest fans came to the board). After the second Castillo fight, Floyd changed. And not for the better. He started looking for the easiest fight. I don't know what happened with him,. Maybe the first Castillo fight was too close for his comfort. ****, he won clearly in the rematch. But why he started taking the fights he did after that, who knows. He wasted a good 3-4 years on bad fights. Unless he cut out this "I'm a business man" bull**** attitude, his legacy will only get worse, and there will be too many "What If" questions when all is said and done.

 

Good post, and when a man can still fight those guys, andthat fighter is not retired...saying this guy won't face that guy because he is scared to lose his "0" is utterly ridiculous to read at times. As far as Lance, all he does is insult posters...so I exlax on him. I don't want to lol, but he causes me to. Fuk em...
