It's probably some sort of childhood nickname if I had to take a guess, I have absolutely no idea though.

 

Yeah, but have you ever thought of when you're trolling a troll and then someone else plays you like you've been trolled, and you're all like "No I'm the troll!!" but really you're just being trolled within a troll's troll?
