IMO he will never be number 1....look at the guys on that list....

but pacquiao could crack the top 10...

    1. W over mayweather
    2. W over mosley
    3. Win a title at 154....(this puts him borderline top 10-15)
    4. Win a strap at 160....he makes it in the top 10 ATG

Just wins over mosely and mayweather puts him in the top 15-20....a mayweather win and a belt at 154 puts him also top 15-20....

Leonard won...but that's not the point.

If you're going to discredit that win lets not forget the 2 JMM FIGHTS!!!

In order for Pac to claim the title of the Best All Time P4P we need a time machine so he can fight: Sugar Ray Robinson, Napoles, Sugar Ray Leonard, etc.

Pac is the Man now but I believe it is a bit unfair considering that the only legitimate opposition Pac ha really beaten is Erik Morales and the Controversial Marquez fights. I would stress that I do not mean to downgrade Manny but in all fairness he needs to beat Floyd otherwise he will be in bottom 10 of the top 25 p4p of all time.

exactlly. people are saying that manny has to jump thru all sorts of hoops to attain that status. the only thing is that the people they deem to be the best p4p havent even accomplished those feats. bias??? sure sounds like it.

Unify the Welterweight division, beat Mosley and Mayweather.

Also, if there is a 140 tournament, defeat the winner of that.

he has a better resume than whitaker or hagler and they seem to make the top 20 consistantly, so i would have him top 20 for now.

Maybe win 100 more fights get a title and sit on it and clean a division or 2 something he is capable of. He kinda just moves up beats one or two guys and moves up again. He has not cleaned a weight since 126 or 130.

He only has to fight 200 times and finish with one KO loss on his record while fighting a minimum of twice per month.

Look some might not agree with me here and thats fine because we know how good Ray Robinson was.

    For me its simple.

Say he has 3 more fights in him

Beat Mayweather (doesnt matter if its close or a KO)
    Beat Mosley (Same again)
    Beat Marquez (Again)

For me personally that would be enough. Some might say no way but lets be honest he does that and he would have some serious wins against Hall of Famers and all the belts at different weights.
