Nope, he doesnt bring a world title (the paper one he was given does not count no matter how much some ppl argue), he doesnt bring a fan base, he doesnt bring any wins over credible opponents and he doesnt bring any sum of money that Frampton cannot easily earn....

Do we all think Eddie Hearn has turned from a used car salemans to a straight businessman over night?

There is a reason why he is doing what he is doing and that reason is........... Without Frampton Quigg as no other options, and without a fight on home soil with home judges Quigg has no chance of winning.... we al seen what happened with Ricky Burns and his "matchroom Judges" why would Frampton sign up for that no matter how many zeros were on the cheque?

eddie Hearn has failed to secure brook world title fight @ home, he failed to bring Ward to England, he failed to get Rose a world title fight @ home, hes now failing to get Quigg a world title fight @ home... anything more?

Why doesnt he fight the real WBA SBW champ?

Let em rot id say Frampton

Quigg brings the money that's the facts, McGuigan brings nothing and just complicates the whole situation, team Matchroom, that includes Quigg and Hearn bring the all the money and they are the ones making the show. Frampton cant even make a 1/3 of the money he does in the by fighting anyone else. Against Rigo, he might get 200-300K tops, Santa Cruz I am hearing is moving up and there is no one else in the division. They both need each other for credibility and money.

You are clearly not a boxing fan as you don't want to see the fight and you are scared that your boy will lose :hi:

    Exactly.

Asking 'what does [Quigg/Frampton] bring to the table?' are asking the wrong question. The Quigg/Frampton fight is greater than the sum of its parts. Without each other they both lose.

    They think its worth 12m.

Offer Quigg the 1m he and Hearn will gladly accept , then host the fight and collect your 11 million pounds.

Why should Frampton bow down to Quigg just because he's on Sky?

    This!

If Quigg did numbers like Frampton, fair enough. But ANTHONY CROLLA does much much bigger numbers than Quigg.

I clearly do, if Eddies PR stunt is now making ppl think Quigg will win this fight then they r a bit simple really?

However when it is quiet obvious that Hearn is trying to lure Frampton into a trap by offering huge amount of money so "team matchroom" can have their way then i rightfully am cautious

Ask Raymundo beltran what its like to deal with Eddie hearn

Hearn has bought Quigg 1 paper title now hes trying to buy him a proper title and you guys r all lapping it up?

    come on

surely people must realise that the contractual obligations on the table from Hearn to Frampton, are the reason this isn't moving forward?

I'd imagine if its on PPV, then should (when) Carl beat Quigg, Matchroom will have options on Frampton. This is the standard Eddie Hearn move.

Its a good fight don't get me wrong, but Quigg needs Frampton more than Frampton needs Quigg. Its Quigg's only real opportunity to make big money (And Hearns only chance to make big money from Quigg fighting). Quigg gets beat by the legit highly ranked fighter he takes on, as he can no longer be protected.

The reason they are so *****y about the Frampton fight (I do believe they want it) is because of the million pound plus safety net that comes with the inevitable loss.

Now Frampton is probably mad to turn down 1.5million but the guy can legit sell out arenas in belfast 3-4 times a year, and he could even fight in the States, move up to featherweight etc..

Frampton v Rigondeaux is the fight I want to see but it ain't happening either.

Bottom line, Hearn wants to cash out on Quigg and make big bucks and Frampton is the only man who will result in Matchroom making big money
