Sugar Shane has been one of the very best boxers in the last 20 years. He has been fighting top name boxers and he has produce several exciting fights. He's already considered an all-time great by several fans and experts.

What does Sugar Shane have to do in this fight?!

Sugar Shane has to throw lots of punches with power and accuracy. He has to attack and win every round.

He recently beat Margarito, what does age have anything to do with that.

Only the Fountain of Youth or a time machine will help Shane. He's old. Shane's legs are gone. Against a runner like Floyd, it's hopeless. He can't catch him.

Shane is only good against guys who will stand in there and trade. Anyone with a modicum of foot movement will beat Shane, and it's been that way for quite some time now. People seem to completely dismiss that stretch from when he beat Oscar to his last fight with Margarito. If you look at his overall career, you'll see that Shane Mosley no longer has the attributes that people seem to be ascribing to him. Those skills are way in the past.

Drop out of high school, join the navy, get kicked out navy because of a homosexual encounter with a thai school boy...

Wait why am I describing Lukes life?

Sorry about that. Shane has no ****ing chance. Hows that?

Let's give him PEDs to offset him being old.

Jump on Floyd early, steal a couple of the first few rounds before Floyd makes adjustments or opens up. Outwork Floyd, push him around, bully him. Try to force Floyd into a defensive shell where he's fighting more to survive than to score points. Keep Floyd guessing by constantly switching up the attack.

That's about it really. It'll help a lot if Mayweather tries to fight in the pocket instead of moving around the ring like he did back around the Diego Corrales fight. Floyd being relatively stationary is the single biggest favor he can do Shane, because there's no way that Shane can catch up to and hit Floyd if Floyd gets on his bicycle.

find the fountain of youth and somehow go back to when he was 26 and to get the fight made at lightweight when he was 26.

then IMO mosely was one of the best lightweights of all time.

he made the move up in weights when i would have liked to have seen him remain the brilliant fighter he was at 135 for as long as he could.

135 shane peak beats 135 mayweather peak IMO.

now shane is 39, he is slower/easier to hit /and clearly only 60% ofthe fighter he once was and mayweather will use his speed and greatr leg speed to win close rounds most of the way through without ever engaging mosley and win wider on the cards than in actually terms of putting anything remotley bothersome to mosely.

i think mayweateher is going to fight a very cautious fight and the 39 year old mosley will be frustrated that he is just to old that the openings he sees he can no longer land.

i dont see this as a winnable fight for mosley unless mayweather gets brave and goes macho, this is not going to happen .

    mayweather points.

This fight was very short. It is not the same to fight 12 rounds.
He looks old when fighting 12 rounds.
