What does the ABA consider "Very poor eyesight"

    Hi i have a friend who's thinking of competing at an amature level here and i remembered that when i was medicaled eyesight was included and apparently Very poor eyesight automaticly disqualifies you. My friend wear glasses so im wondering does this mean he cant get carded?

    My power is a -9.00, as long as your contacts don't come out during the fight you should be fine.

    kk il tell my friend that thanks. Apparently he can see enough with out glasses to box in his opinion its just he cant read from far lol he's -3.5 in his worst eye i think

    just lie if he asks you if you wear glasses,everyone does and i dont know anyone whos actually been made to sit an eye test. Maybe rules are different in Scotland though
