I favored Martinez by decision...I did not expect an early one punch knockout. However, "The Most Feared Man IN ALL OF BOXING" has looked very vulnerable as of late so yeah, not surprising that he finally got himself stopped. I don't think there will be a third fight. With wins over Pavlik and Williams, Martinez is doing very well for himself. Certainly deserves a P4P ranking.

Because the other guys would undoubtedly all be shot damaged goods who were never very good and beating them in one-sided fashion would actually TAKE AWAY from his accomplishments thus far. If he beat five losers like that, it would erase beating the one winner! And he wouldn't even be a HOFer anymore! :-(

Well, if he beats Hearns, he's really beating Uriah Grant's leftovers and if he beats Tommy Davidson...:think GOAT? According to Asero!

That guy gets more ripped every time I see him! Floyd Senior was right!

Has any fighter with the physical advantages of Williams EVER failed to use them so mindfully? Who the hell is this guy's trainer?

That kind of height and amazing reach and he leans in on opponent's shoulders and tries to beat them by inside volume-punching.........seriously, what the hell?

Wait, John. If Davidson is playing Leonard, Pac wouldn't be GOAT, because Leonard is Camacho's leftovers. That would change everything.

I think Williams' expiration date is about here though. Too bad; he should have been more.

Just saw it. Some punch. Beautiful plan. He's a cracking fighter.

Interesting to see two light-middleweights contesting the middleweight title.

I think he has earned his place as one of the best p4p fighters in boxing at the moment. Unfortunatly, I missed last night's affair, due to being out of town for my wedding anniversary, but loved every minute of the first fight.. I was actually disappointed to see that it ended so early, but have gained much respect for Martinez. The big question now, is what becomes of Paul Williams?
