Targeting, hand eye coordination, snapping your punches, hitting a moving target, not leaving your punches out, head movement (dodging the ball on the backswing), footwork (as you circle the bag), and being able to throw combos quickly.

Timing. Everything Pork Chop said. I like it more than a speed bag, actually.

I perfer it to a speedbag because you can actually throw legit combos on this. The fact that you can do that, its swinging back at you,you can move around it ETC makes me forget the speedbag even exist at my gym I never touch it never really have.

yup iv got a heavy bag on a bracket on my outside wall of my house and i just finish with the H.bag lie it down on the floor and attach the DEB to the bracket and anchor it by attaching it to the D rings on the bag. Not ideal but works good enough

no just have to mess with the bungie coards and make it tight eg the top one is folded in half as full length it would be too long. bottom one just pull it through the d rings on the heavy bag and pull it tight and attach it to another one, simple to do hard to explain!

Yes I've got both a double end bag and a wrecking ball on wall mounts in my garage.

What it doesn't work are your elbows!LOL So when your elbows are as sore as you can still get some work in.
