What does Tyson Fury have to do to become a top 10 ATG?

    Frazier also is wobbly. His biggest claim being he beat an Ali who had a 4 year layoff. Without the KD he doesnt even win that.

    That’s a tough list measure up to.

    Fury has a lot of work to do to measure up such as defeating Usyk to become undisputed and cleaning up the division by getting in some solid defenses such as Hrgovic, Joe Joyce, Frank Sanchez, Joshua, Ruiz, Yoka, etc.

    I personally love Frazier, but, yes, exactly right, after Ali and Louis, things get subjective REAL fast.

    Yes, a really good heavyweight in a great era. It matters as much who one fights as how many wins. Fraziers era, quality of opposition puts him in the conversation. Fury doesnt have that to work with. Its not a great era (but is great for the Poms) and his quality of opposition leaves a bit to be desired..

    Fury needs to beat Wilder again and then Chisora in #4 and #5. Only then will I consider it.

    I can’t see how. He’s wasted too many fights, fighting stiffs. He’s in his mid late 30s now. He beats Usyk and Joshua maybe. I don’t know.
    Chisora 3 was a waste. So was seferi. Schwartz. Hell even Wilder 3 was unnecessary.

    He has Old Wlad
    Overrated Wilder 2x (really 3)
    Overrated Whyte
    Gate keeper Chisora 3x
    unproven but maybe good Wallin
    Undersized Cunningham

    That’s not even top 20 imo. But if he fights Usyk and performs well even in a losing effort he’ll probably crack my top 20. If he wins he’s def in top 20. Always big when a 1 fights a 2 in the division and both undefeated. Winner will go way up on charts. Loser depending on how he performs can still go up or slide way down.

    He really needs to stop wasting time. He must fight Usyk and Joshua and win both. He does that maybe he cracks it.

    how does Frazier beat Usyk? Usyk is big George Foreman size and a gold medalist who's much more skilled than big George ever was...

    Joshua??? Furys fight with the stiff quitter would be for money only, not legacy lol.

    Beat Usyk, and Fury goes down as a great. The first Undisputed since Lennox.
    Maybe the last Undisputed with the way the belt shenanigans go nowadays. Now that would be an accolade.

    You have to compare boxers in their era. No one is giving Jack Johnson a hope vs Buster Douglas, but no one is calling for Dougles to be included, but many believe Johnson should be. You can only fight in your era. Foreman fought in 2.... wow!
    A n old big George survived a prime Holyfield. A young George does alright vs Usyk, despite to nearly 50 year era difference.

    I didn’t include Joyce. And I said if he beats Usyk he’s top 20 if he beats both Usyk and Joshua maybe he’s top 10. Maybe I wasn’t clear enough.

    Usyk would never hurt George but he'd easily win. George was easily outboxed I mean even Tommy Morrison easily beat George.
