What adjustments or strategies do you think need to be made to beat Usyk, if you were Tyson Fury?

Nothing...come as fit as possible and try to execute like before and Usyk will do the same. A single punch can turn the fight by a round or two, either could get a flash knockdown. Both will have rounds off. Fury's doesn't have enough power to knock Usyk out late because Usyk won't get sloppy enough to allow it. Usyk doesn't really have enough power to knock Fury out later but Fury can get sloppy enough to allow him to do it but that lightning won't strike twice.

Fury could make some big adjustments in terms of his approach but I don't think he will and Usyk can make some tactical approach changes to avoid running into that uppercut which will probably be his sole focus. It's all about on the night. Whoever's night it is will win in a close fight. I suspect both come in worse but Fury's fitness will be slightly better but it will balance back out with him not being as sharp on the night.

This is Pacquiao Marquez. It's a styles make fights but with two master boxers and two master baiters.

    Nothing, he's shot to sh*t

I'd be absolutely shocked by anything other than a Usyk win by KO

That first fight was close enough that form of the night matters.

There’s nothing he can do. He has a puncher’s chance since it’s a heavyweight fight, but then again, he landed his best shots on Usyk in the first fight, and they did next to nothing.

I don’t think he will fight Usyk again anyway. We are less than three months away from fight night, and he looks to be at least 300 lbs again. There’s simply not enough time for him to lose the weight and do a proper full training camp for his toughest and most important fight.

He’ll pull out and fight Mickey Mouse opponents again or maybe, if his buddy Turki offers him a few hundred million dollars, he might consider fighting the winner of Joshua-Dubois 2, then retire.

Be more active, attack the body from the early rounds, be more sharp defensively.

He landed over thirty and it did nothing. Usyk’s alleged vulnerability to the body has always been blown way out of proportion.

Really wish you would talk this much sense about other fighters rather than just casting shade.

    This is an excellent post.

For me the fight turned when usyk broke furys nose...his movement and momentum dried up after that.

Fury seemed to gas out a bit after round 6. Better longevity for a start.
Second; altough not known for his power, he should do everything in his might to improve the power shots a little where possible.
For the rest, the luck of the night.

Nothing radical. A small amount of fine tuning and a little bit more fitness.

He wasn't far away the first time.

I've said ot before Usyk is quite happy to let his opponents believe he is weak to body shots.

Whatever it is, Fury is old enough that if he does not have it yet - he won't get it.
