On my card Usyk won the first three. The judges and most others probably gave Fury the third because he ended it pretty strong, but Usyk won the first two minutes of it so ot was his on my card. And even if you just lose the first two rounds against Usyk, you're going to be in a bit of a hole since he just about always wins at least four or five of the last six. In this case I had him winning the last five, the 9th a 10-8 of course.

So Fury must pretty much win all the first six to win or get the benefit of some dodgy cards. If Fury didn't get caught in the 9th but instead ended that round as he started it he would have won on the judges' cards. So start quicker, don't get caught and hope for some help from the judges. That's about it.

Other than that, his hope is that Usyk ages faster than him til the rematch.

Going so much down with weight will mean he will be super weak and his punch resistance and stamina will go even further.
    He has no chance, none.

The ropes held him up on literally three occasions, Fury was lucky that was not a 10-7 round ..well thanks to the ref.

I also think Usyk misjudged how hurt Fury was after round 9 and let him off the hook. Fury was there for the taking.

    I gave it 6 rounds a piece

Re-watching the slow motion Fury rode most of those shots extraordinarily well. I can't think of another heavyweight who could have survived that onslaught and recovered. He would have done better taking the knee though.

Yeah he should have just taken the knee there. Would have given himself time to recover. Especially as he was still quite ****d din the following round

I am guilty of killing myself laughing during the fight... and then it stopped being funny real soon.

He's the one getting punched in the face, though. LOL.

The only chance he has is to come in at 270-280 Wilder 2 fight weight and adopt the same approach where he looks to go after Usyk from round one, no back foot fighting, nothing

If that's what we see in the rematch that would be insanely entertaining. A proper dust up. Could see Usyk adapting by going purely on the back foot though.
