I have stated for awhile that Usyk is the most talented cruiserweight post-Holyfield. However, I have a hard time seeing any avenue Usyk can take to even match Holyfield, let alone surpass him. The talent at heavyweight just isn't there.

He's done great, capturing the heavyweight belts, moving up from cruiser but...
To get close to Holyfield's record at heavyweight, he'd have to be still around in at least ten years.
Maybe make a few defence s now, lose it, regain it, then lose it again, regain it few years later then.. You get the drift.
    Can't see him doing it.
But fair play to the man. He did it.

Based on film, Holyfield is much more impressive. Better skills and determination.

I think Toney is more skilled than Usyk.

    1) I disagree
    2) Usyk beat better fighters at cruiser.

    1) In my opinion you can't compare fighters like Josua with Bowe. It is a different era with different skill sets
    2) The Quawi win is way better than anything than Usyk beat. These Russian, you can't compare that to a fighter like Quawi, you really can't

It is the same skills at middleweight or Cruiserweight. I think the Jirov win is better than anything on Usyk's record ar cruiser

Breidis would beat Jirov. I'm not going to get into it. You make a big call as James Toney only beat the ghost of evander Holyfield. And is a small man.

I'm talking cruiser. Heavyweight Holyfield's resume is ahead and I doubt Usyk can catch up imho he's too old. For a guy relying on speed and agility like him, at 35 he's beginning the downhill slope.
You absolutely can and I think a guy like Breidis is ahead of Qawi, who contrived to lose to Robert Daniels (?) and Mike Hunter at cruiser. Usyk's resume at cruiser is stacked and it was forged in a stacked division. Even his other scalps like Huck, Glowacki, Hunter, Mchunu and Gassiev would look good on Holyfield's cruiser resume.

If he cleans out the division while going undefeated, and stays at the top for a few years, I think it's possible. Hard to see it happening though, and time is against him, so he can't really afford to pick up losses

I am saying Usyk never fought anybody as skilled as Toney. Joshua is a big man but he is not very skilled. Whether Breidis would beat Jirov, that is up for debate

He's got a single loss, to Usyk. He's got the scalps of Charr, Huck, Perez, Glowacki and Dorticos, some of whom have fought at heavy. Qawi has 11 losses, some to nonentities. What's Qawi's best win? Leon Spinks? Mohammed? Now Qawi was an excellent fighter that could put up a hell of a fight, no disrespect, but I think Breidis is comfortably ahead.
