    Whats funny?
Groves has experience in beating undefeated Olympic gold medal winners, whilst Ward has run from top undefeated fighters

    Agreed.
Dawson made a name beating many old LHWs and it fooled so many people.
Look at how many faded fighters are in his last 8 LHW fights

    Hopkins 47
    Hopkins 46
    Diaconu 32
    Pascal (he lost)
    Johnson 40
    Tarver 40
    Tarver 39
    Johnson 39

His best win is over a 47 year old.

With his run up before Pascal, I predicted Pascal to beat him and was surprised so many felt Dawson would beat a young prime fighter

hmmm Bika and Kessler Calzaghe left overs, only entered the super six under the condition he had home advantage ( such balls of steel) which showed that show time needed him more than he needed them plus being given a bye.

If a super six tourney had been made in Calzaghes day he`d still get **** no matter what. i guess jones and hopkins would have been pulling their political sticks while the tourney was being run too.

Green, not much to say there, abraham not bad but beaten twice before he fought him, Calzaghe would have schooled Abraham. froch is his best name by far.

To me he has a way to go yet, cross the pond and get respect instead of hiding behind the excuse the the USA is the centre of the boxing world.

I never thought of it like that, the only time Dawson has faced a top fighter in or close to their prime was against Pascal and Ward, and he got taken apart in both of those fights. Talk about right place at the right time, though I've never been convinced by Dawson. I can see Tony Bellew giving him hell when they meet

Being unwell didn't stop Kessler beating Froch , who besides Ward has being going through fighter's like a blowtorch through butter. So its only logicial Kessler was in fine form who is also unbeaten since Ward.

    Shut up you fool!

George Groves is a good prospect, and nothing more at the moment.

    What's he done?

Beat De Gale (who's had how many fights?) in a close fight.

    Ward's just outclassed Froch.

Ward didn't fight Bute, fair enough. But Bute wasn't in the Super Six.

How many top undefeated fighters has Ward ran from?

Why don't you post your Ward/Calzaghe comparison asking the same two questions over and over again?

Good points, but Hopkins and Tarver were relevant fights at the time.

Froch lost to unwell double vision suffering Kessler which shows how weak the division is. A big difference was that Froch was fighting away which Ward never dared try

Ain't happening with the quality of opposition he has now.

He is in an era where there is not much talent in his division.

    :lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:
Tarver had been exposed terribly by Hopkins, not just beaten, and you called Hopkins shot and faded years before that when Calzaghe beat him
    Loudon self pwned again

Calzaghe crossed the pond to earn respect when he was 36 years old. Andre's only, 28 and has beaten all of the top fighters in his division.

Name the best fighters in the world.

    Where are they based?
    Who do they fight for?
    Where do they fight?
Which network do they fight on?

Bar the odd exception, the majority will live and fight in America. It's not a coincidence that Sergio and Manny have moved there.

    Regards, Loudon.

The fight was away for Ward. AC is practicality the same distance for each fighter.
