    No heavyweights because the division has never been as rich as others.
    Always 2 or 3 guys maximum who were at the top with the rest not even coming close.

    Monzon and R.Leonard have a good shout for top 10 for me. It's too hard to decide the last two.

    I dont know enough about Langford.
    I don't buy into Willie Pep as much as I'd like to.
    I don't really buy into Ezzard Charles enough for him to be a top 10.

    Gets really tough after that and you have alot of fighters who could merit a 7-10 placing imo. Pernell Whittaker, Sugar Ray Leonard, Benny Leonard, Archie Moore, Eder Jofre, Willie Pep and Carlos Monzon to name just a few.
