All Floyd had to do, was say there was no agreement and that would have been fine. He didn't.

You can't sit here and defend Floyd's name, when he had the chance to do it for himself and didn't. He could have spoken to one of his advisors, who he will speak to every day and just said "Listen, make it clear there is no offer" but that didn't happen. He has had weeks to make it clear that something is up.

If you're playing Devil's Advocate, fair enough. I just don't see how Mayweather can be defended this time. If it was bull****, he would have said so or Ellerbe would or anyone else in Mayweather's camp. They didn't. I am more panning Arum as a dishonest scumbag than defending Mayweather. We don't know what the hell happened. We do know for a fact that Arum NEVER talked to ANYONE directly. Mayweather NEVER said they even ENTERED into negotiations. So how in the hell did Arum present a "contract"?

Where is the Golden Boy or Team Mayweather statement that says negotiations even started?" Last statement we got from Mayweather was, "How can I be negotiating when I am on vacation?"
