He has been given everything he has asked for according to his promoter, after initialy asking for 60/40 in his favour and being told it should be 50/50 because of what hatton can bring to the fight in terms of revenue through all the thousands of fans that will travel over etc
Then pac relented and accepted the 50/50, so his promoter gave a deadline for pac to sign the contract that was issued to him a few weeks ago and hattons camp have been told it will be this week then told it will be next week etc
Now it seems there isnt a delay at all and the fact is pac doesnt want to go ahead with the fight, this has baffled even pacs management because everything he has asked for regarding assurances by his promoter more money from his promoters cut of the money etc, he has been given everything he wanted in assurances yet he still has pulled out??
Ray hatton has confirmed that the figh now looks off, and they are pursuing other possibilties, ricky has been offered the winner of marquez v diaz, also mayweathers people have been in touch and are interested in a rematch and now apparently oscar de la hoya has even thrown his hat into the ring and wants a piece of the action in the uk if it can be arranged.
So hatton isnt short of fights.
But its dissapointing that the fight is now off and that it doesnt look like pac fancies it at all.
It would have been a great action fight.
And after the terrible one sided beating pac gave a dissapointing de la hoya this would have been exciting.

What more does pac want to be offered to secure the fight??

Margarito will walk straight through mosley
This puts a question mark over pac now, is he confident enough to fight hatton? After all he is considered by some to be p4p 1

Pac looked good against de la hoya of course he did, my grandmother would have done a job on oscar that night, he looked like he couldnt move

Perhaps hatton is just to dangerous a proposition and pac would have a lot to lose

Pac looked good because Pac looked good. Your grandmother would die from the first jab so lets not get carried away. The worst thing for Oscar now is a fighter like Pac...a fast powerful explosive southpaw.

Pac would KO Hatton. What he wants is pretty obvious, a bigger cut of the pie. You answered your own question, Pac wanted 60/40, he is being offered 52/48 which is obviously not 60/40, hence he didnt get what he want.

He was just using hyperbole to say that Oscar looked absolutely awful and weight drained, and Pac's win was meaningless and overrated.
    He is absolutely right.

I know what he was saying, I was just responding to a rubbish statement in equal manner.

Sure it was meaningless, when 90% of "experts" picked DLH to beat Pac and Pac proves most of you guys wrong, its meaningless.

Pac made him look rubbish that night, all there is to it. You can blame weight all you want, but DLH knew exactly where his weight was at or how his training was. All that is speculation, we can only go by facts, DLH KO Mayorga, SD Floyd, UD Forbes, Lost by KO against Pac.

    That is seriously distorted thinking.
You think 90% of people would have gone for Oscar if they knew he would be in the ring at 147Lbs and look like he had been training in a concentration camp?
    No way.
Pac is a great fighter who did what was asked of him,and Oscar is a greedy *******,but dont try and attach any fistic merit to the PFP1 beating up an old, part-time, dangerously weight drained stickman.
    Meaningless?Damn right it was.
