I boxed for a short while about 10 year ago but stopped due to other interests. I am now 18 and moving away to university in september so i decided i have to get in the best physical shape so ive started to do boxing training again. I have been training for a month now. I train from monday - friday and sometimes i add the saturday on as well. I do 12 3 minute rounds on various heavy bags. Then i often do some pad work after just to work on technique etc. What else can i add into my training to help?
