what ever happened to David Reid?

    he was a gold medalist and a world champ 'til Tito beat him. i think i saw him only once more after that fight did he retire because of his eye problem? Anyone know?

    he came back and lost a few fights..he is def retired

    David Reid got beaten bad by Sam "The Fighting Poloceman" Hill. Reid retired due to eye injuries. Peace.

    Yeah but what's he doing NOW? Working as a trainer? Homeless and broke? etc.

    The bloke was a good fighter who was pushed along way too fast for the sake of a quick buck..Being the USA's sole Gold medallist from Atlanta didnt help the poor bugger.People expected him to be the next Sugar ray Leonard.

    Seen a interview with Reid from 3years ago saying he trains fighters at a gym in his local area.

    Dont quote me but im prettysure he aint broke or homeless etc.
