The evidence that you are asking for does not exist yet, Walk With Me. How can there be evidences or hard facts to base a prediction or to say the least a statement, if the two protagonists have yet to face each other? Any thing one would say at this juncture is simply speculation and can easily be refuted. Whether it comes from a casual enthusiast to a credible boxing afficionado, what they say are basically nothing more than a hunch. Not an evidence but just gut feel... at most a guess.

Your given example itself shows the flaw to what you are asking for. You can't apply that same logic between Pac and Hatton. You can't say I believe Pac can beat Hatton or Hatton can beat Pac because one outboxed the other in their previous fight. Why? Because they never fought yet. Nor can you apply transitivity where Boxer A beats Boxer B and Boxer B beats Boxer C ergo Boxer A beats Boxer C. You can't also use statements of strengths vis a vis weaknesses to back things up. They're no solid proof as proven by Pac's recent fight with De La Hoya or by other matches that are so called "upsets." Unless the Pac and Hatton fight does transpire, the evidence you are asking for can never be satisfied.

In the sport of boxing, one can only make an educated guess based on observations of the players to predict what might happen in their upcoming bout. Why do you think "evidences" are only used in trial cases... cause they involve past events not future ones.
