What exactly are the issues holding up Wladimir-Povetkin?

He's as slow as a wet week. So slow Haye stood in front of him with his hands down and his chin in the air and Wlad never even came close to knocking him out. You're seeing things that are not there. Povektin has the faster hand speed and its not even close.

 

Even if somehow that was true (reasonable fans know it isn't), there's more to boxing than hand speed......
