taking away his victories over castillo & kosta i dont see anything really worth crediting, them 2 were past their best, he gft absolutely wooped by anyone of note that he fought

he dodged the best in his division (i think witter would have woooped him based on styles & skill) I also think that he should have fought torres or holt or bradley instead of mallanagi

in my eyes, hatton was one of the most over rated boxers in the world untilrecently

was it just casual fans who rated him or did anyone on this forum actually credit him as top p4p material ??

Listen, stop with the pish.... the guy was a world champion, fought & beat some good fighters & was brave & ambitious enough to try not once but twice to beat the top p4p fighter in the sport.

He has done more than anycunt on this forum & appears to be a decent guy outside the ring for whatever thats worth.

Well, he achieved a few world titles and more money than he can spend in his lifetime, but apart from that, I guess you're right - his careers been a waste of time..

Titles at two weights and owned 140lbs for 4 years.

You can pick holes in anyones resume's, all that's left is the facts(above)

A fantastic brawler who fell short against two ATG's. top 10 all time light welterweight.

Deserves respect for fighting so many times in america and has hopefully set a precedent for young british fighters.

Beating Tszyu and Castillo was memorable. And twice he fought and almost got the best p4p. Not bad.
