Also Leonard has been around the fight game since his teens. He also has many many connections on the R&B music scene from major labels like Interscope, LaFace & Sony Intl. Mr. Ellerbe had been instrumental in developing new business marketing plates in the 80's for these labels. Back in the 80's everything went from LP to CD and this guy new how to make plenty $$$$$$$$$$ with re-release packages on recording artist and also he brokered the purchase of publishing for labels from major songwriters. He has a great love and knowledge of the business of boxing and has a proven track record in the entertainment industry. He's kind of an all around entrepreneurial dude with a lot of juice.
