I've heard that this is an "illegal" blow but never having seen one thrown or used wonder what it is? Is it a spinning backfist? Could someone knowledgeable please explain to me what this term mean? Thanks:happy
One explanation that I've heard is that it begins with a left hook that misses, but the elbow lands on the recoil. I'm sure that there are other definitions, and I'd bet that all of them are correct, in that it refers to different 'punches' in different places and times.
