I believe Leonard Ellerbe's role as strength and conditioning coach is just the tip of the iceberg for what he does for Floyd and that's plenty. And it's definitely a much substantial role than what Michael Koncz and half the so called team/crew is for Pacquiao, and for Pac that's sad! I seriously hopes he leaves Top Rank at the end of the year when his contract expires.
