I notice that fighters who take beatings are called warriors. I don't get it. Does having a good defense prevent one from being such.
1. Willing to trade with an opponent even when outgunned. 2. Have a decent chin. 3. Be able to take punishment. 4. Have above average heart and determination. 5. Being able to fight through pain. 6. Not being a cheat (loaded wraps and PEDS = you're out of the warrior club)
blocking punches with your face? i would rather be labled a "technician" than a warrior when it comes to boxing IMO
A fighter who is willing to take punches, pain, and adversity head-on to try and win a fight makes one a warrior. Those with Glass Jaws and Glass Hearts need not apply.
