I notice that fighters who take beatings are called warriors. I don't get it. Does having a good defense prevent one from being such.

It's all about the indomitable spirit. Or in the case of Mexicans, missing pain receptors.

    1. Willing to trade with an opponent even when outgunned.
    2. Have a decent chin.
    3. Be able to take punishment.
    4. Have above average heart and determination.
    5. Being able to fight through pain.
    6. Not being a cheat (loaded wraps and PEDS = you're out of the warrior club)

A fighter who is willing to take punches, pain, and adversity head-on to try and win a fight makes one a warrior. Those with Glass Jaws and Glass Hearts need not apply.

Having an Iron Chin. There is no such thing as a Glass Jawed Warrior. They don't exist.

why are you trying to call us by your father's name at work? I know he abandoned your ugly AZZ along with your mother, but you don't have to say his name at every turn.
