What exactly makes people think that Andre Ward is such a big number?

    His best win is Froch. The same Froch that won through a robbery against Dirrell. The same guy who was knocked down against the first puncher he met, a bum called Groves.

    He ducked Golovkin since 2012.

    He talks about beating he biggest names because he boxed for 20 years but he got rocked badly by Paul Smith and Barrera made his face look like a pizza.

    How exactly was the hype created, for a guy who never looked exceptional good, who never beat a real elite fighter.

    I understand the Floyd obsession. Great resume. Exciting fighter who never got hit almost. But Ward? What's the deal?

    Since when are Froch, a shot blown up MW Abraham or Dawson anything close to elite?

    The thing is, Ward does not even look great against the kind of opposition he fights.

    He's undefeated since he was a amateur, won a gold medal, won a stacked tournament, won against the n#1 lhw, moved up and still looked great.

    Excellent style for shutting down people.

    Among boxing fans he is held in high regard, obviously. The skill level is undeniable. But among the casuals, no one really gives a sh*t about Andre Ward.

    I think if he was gifted with more power he would be a much bigger star. His fights would be more explosive and exciting.

    Casuals only matter in rare instances ....for the most part they don't matter

    All the casuals didn't pony up for Lil g vs Lemiuex did they?

    I guess this was why GGG was so confident to fight Froch at 168, and Ward at 164 huh?

    Froch? He said himself: "I would never fight GGG".

    And Ward? Come on .. how often do we have to discuss that?

    He had his chance since 2012, he rather commentated GGG's fights and instead of fighting him he made comebacks against the Rodriguezes of this world.

    The only "offer" from Ward that ever came was 20 minutes after the Lemieux fight was signed.

    Rumors are GGG didn't actually want the fight at 168, he wanted to drain Froch down which was why the fight didn't materialize.:hey

    Prove to me how casuals matter in more than a few rare instances


    Where were all the casuals to buy Mr superstars ppv against lemieux?

    What comes from my head is legitimate....it's peons like u that can't respond and really don't know what ur talking about

    Casuals inflate floyd pac numbers ....that's just about it ....prob canelo too....after that they matter none
