Davis is about to fight Ryan, Loma is about to fight Haney, and Inoue is about to fight Fulton, yet Crawford is about to fight a guy who got completely schooled by Ellis. Idk if I've ever seen a more overrated fighter in history.

This Thurman is still better than any fighter Crawford has fought. And this over-the-hill Thurman we're talking about.

Thurman hasn't looked good in years and he's got no business at 154

Can anyone tell me what excuse mr chickenheart Errol Spence has? Crawford tried to make that fight for a decade.

His puppeteer (Haymon) hasn't given him permission to demand the fight. I think Spence and Crawford both want the fight. I also think both guys see the feasibility of a 50/50 split. Everything else out of Spence's mouth is just him being an obedient "company man."

I'm still wondering why he hasn't fought his Mandatory yet. Usually mandos are taken care of right away, so its clear to me that Crawford and his team are looking at Ortiz as a dangerous fighter who can possibly beat him and that's the reason why this fight hasn't taken place yet. I think Ortiz has been Mando for 3 years now, but somehow Rocha will get his shot quickly. Smh

    Simple.
Top Rank paid him handsomely for many years. And all of the best welterweights were with PBC.
Now Bud has certain expectations and it´s not like he didn´t try to fight Spence. They were in deep negotiations but BLK swept in and offered him 10 mil.
According to Crawford, the Spence fight was being pushed to 2023 and Bud chose to got with BLK´s offer. And you shouldn´t really blame him, considering the layoff he was facing.

They are gonna probably fight Rocha and the Vergil Ortiz in a multi fight deal with Golden Boy. Oscar De La Hoya spoke about it

Ortiz has been the nr 1 contender for a while but not the mandatory challenger.
According to the WBO, they ordered the Crawford-Ortiz fight, but Ortiz turned it down. And regardless, Ortiz went the WBA route.
