What excuse will Kell Brook use to pull out of the Porter fight?

Brook has been threading water for years and I think he likes being a big fish in a small pond. If he takes a good hiding from Porter it bursts the Kell Brook bubble somewhat. I expect a pull out citing some "injury" and then another "tune up" and threading water until a chance to fight an easier fight for the title comes up.

Well,he can't use the toe or back issue as that is Hay's domain. So perhaps a "hand injury" will do.
Truth of the matter is he needs a heart transplant.

broken nail, He should of fought Devon Alexander when he had the chance, would of had a better shot of the winning the world title than he does against Porter.

Provide some proof that his injury against Alexander wasn't legit.

You do realise Alexander also pulled out of that fight with "injury" a day after Brook tweeted this photo: http://pbs.twimg.com/media/BCCyJ44CIAAYwMB.jpg and two days before Mayweather mentioned he was negotiating with Alexander for a fight that would take place before the Brook fight was due.

Also for the record it was team Porter who dragged their heels signing and has been quite evident since Porter won the belt he hasn't wanted this fight.

Exactly, I believe Brook has another couple of levels he can go up, I fully expect him to be a huge worldwide name after beating Porter in the US

Rose got hammered
Bellew got hammered
Lee Purdy lost
Gavin Rees lost

Kell Brook is a top class fighter. If Shawn Porter beats him, he will beat him on merit and not because Brook is a bad fighter. I hope all of the Brook haters afford him the same respect if he goes to California and dethrones Porter.

I personally think Brook will knock Porter out. Brook has immaculate timing and he is a terrific counter puncher. If Porter tries to lunge in like he did against Alexander and Malignaggi, he could be in for a rude awakening.

I don't think Brook will pull out to be fair because he knows it is make or break.

Porter will win an easy UD.

Brook will start slow and Porter will put on the pressure. Brook won't be able to keep to the pace.

I see Brook giving too many rounds away and Porter winning the close rounds.

He'll fight, don't worry about that. He's got pretty much no chance of winning, but he'll fight.
