Never cried about a fight but several made me feel like ****. Minter vs Hagler Ali vs Holmes Frazier vs Foreman Norton vs Cooney Cyz vs Hamsho Liston vs Martin Ali vs Frazier III Hatton vs PBF SRL vs Camacho
I think Tyson once admitted to throwing people off buildings when he was a kid. And he once told Jim Gray that although he didn't **** Deseree Washington, he did a lot of other things which he did to deserve jail time. I think he used to KO old ladies and rob them. Yeah, he was a very bad kid.
Humberto "Chiquita" Gonzalez Vs. Michael "Lil' Hands of Stone" Carbajal I Was also a tuff fight to watch, 2 of my All-time fav fighter's One on One against each other in a Classic Boxing Showdown.. (Multiple knockdowns) **** made me forget they were Jr. Flyweight's, That night they were bigger than boxing, All Eyez on Them. I had to pick one, I rode with Gonzalez. And what a left hook by Carbajal, WOW! (Gonzalez got MC in both rematches that followed but...that first 1)
Back in the mid nineties I was a Marine recruiter in Catskill NY. I spent time in Tysons HS. He was no hero to the teaching staff that worked there, and knew him. Lots of weird stories, he was/is a nut case.
To be honest since I heard them second hand, all I'll say is they were about his weird verbal abuse of girls, and bullying other boys. He was expelled, or dropped out at some point. They used to have his picture painted on the side of a building in downtown Catskill, after he was convicted of **** they painted it over. My impression that I got from the people who lived there was that he wasn't really from there. Its a very small town, mostly a white blue collar town, surrounded by farms. A pretty boring place. I never got the impression he was a hometown hero, or anyone was jumping up and down that he claimed Catskill as his hometown.
THe only time I remember coming close to this :| happened after a fight when the loser was being interviewed he felt so bad for letting everyone down that he started bawling, I fell bad for him(don't even remember who the guy was):huh
every calzaghe fight makes me break down in despair when i see how technically inept he is but has been able to get away with it all these years
I cried when my mom killed my goldfish. I loved my goldfish. He was named Tyson! My mom's a bad mutha****a
Mosley-DLH II- RObbery. Oscar had work so hard for the rematch and had executed the perfect game plan. He deserved the win. MAB-Pac- For obvious reasons.
