I know, that fight will be the most action packed out of all of them, and that is saying a lot, because Pav/Taylor II is gonna be dynamite.
Hey, it's a hard list to choose from. 2008 is already shaping up to be the equal of 2007. Good thing the powers that be have finally gotten their heads out of their collective asses and getting the best fighters to go after each other.
Marquez vs Pacman 2. Only because Marquez is one of my favourite fighters, and it'd mean a great deal if he not only avenged his own robbery in the first fight, but also my favourite fighter of all time, Barrera's 2 losses. :happy Come on Dinamita!
It is an honor to watch JMM put his combinations together. I would like to see him beat Pac but it is gonna be tough. Pac is so explosive.
Definitely JT-KP II, Izzy-Rafa, Hayemaker-Mac, Peter-Maskaev, Wlad-Iggy, Pac-JMM II, Margo-Cintron, Shane-Zab... And above all of that, Cal-BHop.
But people aren't giving Marquez his dues. He throughly outboxed Pacman for 10 rounds, but all people here choose to remember is the first round. Pacman will get a boxing lesson in their second meeting, and Pac will be forgotten on this board.
Looking forward to all four of them. Hopkins is my favorite fighter so I'm anticipating that one, but from an entertainment standpoint, I am really looking forward to Vasquez/Marquez III.
There must ne alot of Cal fans around here, cause no way in hell this match will be as entertaining as Vasquez - Marquez.
I'm personally most looking forward to Maaca vs Haye. but from the list, it has to be Calzaghe vs Hopkins.
If this turns out to be better than their first 2 fights, this might be compared to the Graziano/Zale series. Not one of their fights went past 6 rounds. Vasquez/Marquez has not went past 7, and I don't think this one will either.
If this fight goes ten rounds I have almost no doubt it will simply be an extra few rounds of brutal beauty for the fans.
