So a few months ago I watched GGG Canelo 2 at 0.25 speed and counted every single punch landed in that fight, I enjoyed doing it quite a bit and plan to do it once every other week on saturdays/sundays.

What fight would u like me to do next?

Ahh ****, that thread was created yesterday and he posted it today.
I'll change it to something creative.

    Kingpin vs. Vitali.

    Johnson actually edges him.

Watch Canelo vs Lara and get it why the best scorecard is 117-111 for Canelo.

Damn, decent shout. I forgot how I scored the fight but I remember thinking it was closer than most had it

Yeah, it's one of my more controversial scorecards. I had it 115-113 Parker and said 114-114 is fine as well. Everyone hated me for that, then IB came along and scored it 114-114 as well. It's one of the worst examples of groupthink mass psychosis in recent memory as far as perception vs. reality in a boxing match. How almost everyone saw that as a one sided shutout for AJ has perplexed me to this day.

I remember thinking AJ edged it in a 7-5 or 8-4 at a stretch type of fight but the ref made it a far easier fight for AJ.

I've done a few at 0.25x but thing is you need to go back and forth between normal speed and 0.25x as some punches look spectacular in slow mo but are pitty patty nothing in normal speed. That's if you are scoring rounds and not just counting punches landed though

    Dont worry mate I do.
I watch mosr of it at 0.25 but then i'll rewatch some moments at different speeds. I've done it many times for Canelo vs GGG 2, the whole thing took me 4 hrs and 50 minutes.

Some landed punches look more visible at 0.5 speed.

I had it 9-3 or 8-4 just in the knowledge any round with a 15-20% swing either way was going to Joshua. So maybe not mass psychosis as much as people being aware of the Matchroom effect. Parker himself seems to think he lost fairly clearly, I'm betting part of that is he knew he was up against it.

I might watch it again and treat it like a neutral venue in my head.

Yeah LOL it really does take ages.. as long and time wasting as it is... It's quite fun

And yeah at 0.25x sometimes it's hard to determine whether the punch actually lands.. Funnily enough I've found that sometimes 0.5x somehow clears that up
