The way he was going on....... it was like a cross between Khan vs Earl and Calzaghe vs Lacy!

Whilst Gomez was obviously behind and losing the fight, it wasn't anywhere near as one sided as that stupid, know nothing chump was suggesting!

I was very impressed with Burns I must add, he has improved plenty since losing to Carl Johanneson, so well done to him.

Sky have got to stop getting their commentators to go overboard and just call the fight how it actually happens.

I was the other way. I thought they made far too much of a fuss each time Mike clipped him with a shot. You'd have thought Burns was wobbling all over the place.

I suppose that is true as well..... as soon as either guy got hit with anything you would think they are going over.

From now on I am only going to listen to commentary on FFN if Ian Darke is in the chair, because Adam Smith is just clueless.

I can't see it being a Sky thing, because the rugby and cricket commentators, especially Nasser and Stevo, just say whatever they want...... perhaps they just have a bunch of guys that don't know **** about boxing?

I think they called it right in truth. Gomez barely did anything. He landed a couple of meaningful punches in the entire fight, his footwork was **** and he couldn't pin Burns down. Even when he did Burns was too strong inside. All the while Burns was playing speed ball with his head, not just hitting him at will, but flush hard power shots. It was bad to watch.

Totally agree with the above post,Gomez got completely outclassed.

Altho i also agree the commentators are rubbish on Sky. Jim Watt does my head in.....

I much prefer it when we get the American commentry teams
