Marquez was the number 2 pound for pound in the world when Mayweather returned to boxing. Khan has done nothing at 147 or 154. He never avenged any of his Knockout losses fearing that he'll be KO'd again and is now fighting Canelo Alvarez for the middleweight strap at 160. smh

    Canelo-Khan is worst

About the same. Size difference is probably a little greater between Canelo/Khan than Mayweather/Marquez.

But it's offset by Mayweather cheating.

Canelo-Khan. At least JMM was lightweight champion, and Floyd was coming off a layoff. He did violate the catch-weight, but, despite his style advantage against a smaller counter-puncher, Canelo's punching power and Khan's vulnerability makes this fight seem not just a mismatch but dangerous. And I don't count Khan out. But his health is far more at risk. And Canelo just won the Middleweight Title.

Both good fights IMO. Blowouts can be entertaining if the winner demonstrates true greatness ala toney over Barkley or May over Marquez. Plus you have the drama of the possible upset

    Golovkin - Geale

    Golovkin - Monroe

Both were far worst than the two poll options.

A case can be made for Khan being way closer to prime than the elder Marquez was vs FLoyd, not to mention that Kahn has been at welter for about 2 years whereas Marquez only had two fights in less than a year at lightweight.

Also, at this point the weight disparity might be an exaggeration since we don't know what Khan's weight will be.

Both fights are equal cherrypicks merely intended to make money
    and market subsequent fights.

I should have said schooling rather than blowout. I'm not really a fan of Kahn or canelo but if canelo puts on a great display and dominates him I'll still be entertained and same goes for the other way around

There aren't any one sided fights that you love watching?

Obviously you haven't watched because Marquez because he cemented his legacy with the fights after Mayweather and his age was no problem. But he was elder back in 2007. :rofl:rofl
