Among active fighters I will go with Gary Russell Jr. He has just never seemed special to me. Among retired fighters I can say that I never got excited about Vernon Forrest.
I had forgotten about Josh Taylor. Like you, I see nothing special about him whatsoever. Nothing about his skill set impresses me, he's basic and just happens to be big for the weight and fighting in a really weak era for his division. I wouldn't have him in my top 10 P4P, there are plenty of better fighters with better skill sets for me.
WRONG Just look what he did to prime Holyifeld, it looked like holyfield had been in a car accident Compare to what Lewis did to washed up holyfield Holyfield came out fresh as daisy vs lewis

Beat Ali once, got treated like a child by Foreman and never fought Norton for some reason - would've loved that one.
He disappointed in both fights against Golota. But he was lucky that Golota is mentally unstable, so he won both fights by disqualification.
Spence. The guy is just straight up and down no special effects. He's tough with a decent jab and engine and that's about it.
