I think this is a toss up between many fighters. Paulie Malignaggi showed a lot of heart when he faced Cotto but I don't think he showed the most heart ever in a fight but he's up there. I think Deigo Corrales showed the most heart in his first fight with Castillo which made it the best fight I've ever seen. This is a tough question because Gatti always shows heart in his fights.

Brewster/Wlad 1, Brewster kept fighting while taking huge blasts while hoping to land one of his own.

I disagree. Though he's one of my all time faves, I have to say JMM showed more heart than Corrales vs Manny, simply because he kept his mouth peice.

Danny Williams fighting with a dislocated arm hanging limp at his waist, knocking out Mark Potter with one arm to win the British heavyweight title. Can you imagine the absolute agony of being punched in the shoulder with a dislocated arm by a heavyweight boxer?
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QY1jzjTjIhY

Danny Williams getting a full on dose of angry Tyson (dont care how shot he was, in those first two rounds Tyson was fierce. For 2 rounds Tyson was still one of hardest hitting and dangerous heavyweight around), getting hit flus with Tyson's best shots, weathering the storm, standing toe-to-toe with the man and out brawling him to a KO win.

Danny Williams managing to get up god knows how many times and keep trying for another 8 rounds despite being totally outclassed and beaten up by Vitali Klitschko. How man fighters can sustain that much punishment, from such a massive puncher, in an opening round and keep going for another 7?

Danny Williams against Sinan Samil Sam, getting the unholy **** kicked out of him, got up 4 times and tried making a fight of it every single time. His courage could've got him killed that night.

Danny Williams, after being in so many brutal wars, with no trainer, at age 33, rallying in the final round to knock out the younger favourite Scott Gammer and regain the British Heavyweight title for a fourth time.

There's really so many to choose from.

Riddick Bowe in the rematch with Andrew Golota.

Tommy Morrison stopping Joe Hipp after suffering a broken jaw and broken hand.

Diego Corrales, Bobby Chacon, Matthew Saad Muhammad, and Arturo Gatti in numerous fights.

Acelino Freitas against Jorge "la Hiena" Barrios - for WBA-WBO super featherweight titles.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LFUmuWtG3Wc

Freitas was KD in the 8th and in the 11th at 2:20 by a straight right hand and spent most part of the round out on his feet. Then, in the end of the round he hammered Barrios with a HUGE right hand. Look at Barrios' face after he got up.
