    Yeah he says that. They weren't even in the same division though.

    McCallum vs. Hearns at 154 in the mid 80s was a more meaningful matchup.

    I can see why Mike has a bit of a grudge though. He missed out on the big matchups with the Fab 4. He was the #1 contender for Duran's WBA belt @ 154, but Duran instead said **** the WBA belt and fought Hearns, who was the WBC champ. Mike was a Kronk guy and got mad at Manny Steward for negotiating Hearns to fight Duran, and left the Kronk. So he's the WBA champ at 154 and never gets to fight Hearns, who was champ there for a couple more years.
