    I would say
Wilfredo Benitez-People talk about his defense, but some say he had only decent hand speed. Look at the combination he throw's at 5:16 in this video, very fast.

    Also
Donald Curry-Didn't shoe shine his punches like Sugar Ray did at times, so he doesn't get mentioned in the threads on hand speed. He always threw punches to hurt people, his hands were very quick.
Salvador Sanchez-People tend to say he wasn't as quick as Marquez. I think he was just as quick or quicker than Juan.
Chris Eubank-In his prime at middleweight he was a fast puncher. It seemed like his hand speed tappered off at super middleweight.
Mark Breland-Dude was a ***** but he had some very quick hands.

    Diego Corrales.

Very quick hands with those short combos on the inside.

Hagler. Maybe not the fastest, but not as slow as some would make him out to be.

Hearns has underrated hand speed? Wha? Most people always comment on his lightning hands, it was made obvious even to the general public when he got into the ring with Sugar and easily kept up with him and continually rocked his head back with those long, sharp and quick jabs.
