what fighters have you had a massive change of opinion on?

Pacman, Mayweather and Margarito.

 

The wonderfull invention of youtube.

I got a real nice laptop for christmas, its fast as **** & clear as day when watching vids.

My old comp was/is utter ****, it honestly took about 3-4 mins to turn a page, hence my less than 2000 posts.
I just about gave up clicking into any fight link vids.

Ps. If you search for Henry Armstrong on the net (not youtube) you can get some footage on different video`s that arent on youtube tho the majority are on youtube.

Hopkins

Never liked him until he fought Joe, then even though he did his best to spoil the fight and claim he schooled Calzaghe no matter what the outcome, I found myself becoming a big big big fan for some reason, to the point as soon as the Pavlik fight was mooted, I said Hopkins by domination - now he's my second favourite active fighter!

 

I used to hate Hopkins now I've grown to respect him and appreciate his accomplishnents.

 

Lennox Lewis.

Used to love the guy, then started to hate him when he was slagging off Tyson. I could never understand why he would want to fight a guy who was shot to ****, then after his fight people where talking as though Tyson was still somewhere near his prime.

Didnt like the attitude Lewis adopted towards the end of his career when he was with his "posse", made a statement before the Klitschko fight saying he would hate to lose to a White fighter because he has had it so hard being Black in the sport...blahdy blah....you get my drift.

Since Lewis has retired, and ive heard him talking in interviews ive begun to respect him as the fighter he was and my blind hate for him has subsided.

 

Kessler, thought he was a eurobum...went back to watch his fights, and i saw a very talented boxer

Andre Ward too, i used to think he'd be exposed as soon he started fighting contenders, but he's improved alot, has alot of potential and i can see him doing some big things
