we have seen some undefeated fighters face their first loss this year such as Paul Williams, Juan Diaz, Katisidis, ect.. One always wonders how this loss will effect the fighter, will they forever have a broken will or be more determined than ever. Name some fighters that have came back more determined and better since their first loss? and who it affected... Kostya Tszyu was a better fighter after his Vince Phillips loss. Naseem Hamed was exposed after his Barrera loss.

you have to say bernard hopkins, although not his first loss after he fought rjj he just got stronger and stronger although you could argue he just never faced anyone quite as good as rjj in the mw division thereafter.

lennox lewis could also go into the same bracket.

Yeah with hopkins maybe the case... do you think The Margo loss to cintron broke Cintrons will as a fighter or Margo is his kryptonite, Cintron will do good against anyone else in welterweight???

i dont think JT can go into that bracket at all,yes he got destroyed in the first fight but for the first half he was very very good but he just didnt have the right gameplan,i think in the second fight we seen a greater strategic improvement but not much anywhere else ... once he steps back in with top class competition we'll know whether he is or not.
