What Fighters or Fights Do You Plan To Study In 2013?

    I've seen and heard about these fighters before ad nauseum..I just want to pick up something I've never appreciated about them before. Why, are you an authority on either fighter?

    :oops: I must confess to never really watching much of young myself so start that thread my dad said years back that young was very good fighter but was a fighter that he could appreciate but was not one to excite a crowd

    I wouldn't say i was more of an authority on either than anyone else. But i do like to think i know quite a bit about them.

    I wasn't implying anything negative by asking if you were an authrity on them. Whatever you have to offer would be appreciated...though I'm not exactly a stranger to either man. In the 70's I was a big fan of Canto, but I haven't really studied him lately...and I've always thought that fullmer was more than the crude slugger as deemed by my father's generation.

    I really need to learn more about the below featherweight guys. I feel i'm pretty well rounded but then I see Flea throwing out these names and it makes me feel like poo.

    I've already been studying Cassius Clay, Tito Trinidad, Sumbu Kalambay, Mike McCallum, Lionel Rose, Ruben Olivares, and most recently Watanabe.
