I think he meant what he said, man. Roy lost multiple times at light heavyweight. Ray Robinson lost as a welterweight, but only when he was fighting a middleweight. Charles dropped a decision in this way as well. Charles lost over the middleweight limit, effectively losing as a light heavyweight technically speaking.
Never saw Ali lose a fight at Flyweight. Actually there have been plenty of unbeaten alphabet title holders, all starting with the original Queensberry Rules unbeaten World Champion; Jack McAuliffe.
