Still gutted about Morales vs Garcia. No doubt in my mind Erik was going to pull it off then gets hit with that one big left hook.

Nady stopped his count, why? Fighters train hard. They deserve every chance to fight on. All Nady had to do was count to 8, look at Judah, and judge if he's fit to continue. That's it.

Still bitter about the Ortiz Floyd ending.

Bitter about khan vs Peterson point deductions.

Kirkland Ishiba shouldt have been stopped. The ref jumped on him when he was getting up.

I'm still bitter about the terrible stoppage this weekend in Crolla vs Matthews.

I hate early stoppages more than anything. Do refs not realise that the greates fights in history, Gatti Ward, Castillo Corales etc, only happen because the refs let the fight carry on.

    To a degree Castillo-Corrales 1.

Great and epic fight it was, but Corrales spiting out his mouthpeice to buy time still pisses me off.

But watching the rematch takes the bitteness away. :good

Lot of hate for the JCC - Taylor first fight. I disagree, Steele did the right thing in stopping the fight. Yeah, Taylor had dominated the earlier rounds, maybe the mid, but in the championship rounds (8-12) JCC was ****ing relentless. He wore Taylor down.

This argument has been done a million times before, but it's still interesting and relevant. As a friend of mine commented, at that point in time (end of the last round) Taylor - after the KD - was a dead man walking. One more blow (despite there only being seconds left) could have been fatal; that's not his quote - he was ringside that night, however - it's paraphrasing. Steele was bang on, spot on correct to end that fight. I don't care if there's 35 minutes left or 10 seconds, if your eyes look like Taylor's eyes did and you can't answer "You okay, Taylor"...then you've had enough.

Zab was no more "out of it" than Pavlik was in his first fight aginst Taylor.

Only problem with Zab is that he got up very quickly instead of staying down for a few seconds. Even then, he should have been allowed to continue. That was definitely an early stoppage.

Honestly, I expected more people to put Hagler-Leonard than any other fight. That one was a hard one to swallow for a lot of people, including Hagler himself.
